Blind and partially-sighted visitors are invited to an exclusive ‘after hours’ audio-described tour of key exhibits in the Museum led by an expert guide.
Visitors will learn about the Bank’s history and architecture, find out fascinating facts about banknotes in the banknote gallery and will be able to hold a real gold bar.
The tour begins at 6 pm and will last approximately one hour. The Museum will close at 8 pm. Please feel free to join us for light refreshments from 5.30 pm.
Places are free but strictly limited and advance booking is essential.
Sighted companions and guide dogs are welcome.
