Studio Works short film: The YouTube premiere

Audio described in-house.

Studio Works is a short film of perceptions, sensory observations and reflections, featuring visually impaired artists and creative practitioners.

From meeting on Zoom at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic to exhibiting at OXO Gallery in November 2021 in London, the film documents the stories behind some of the artworks shown in the 91DIVOC exhibition.

The Covid-19 pandemic has been such a time of great uncertainty, impacting the lives of disabled people more than anyone could have imagined. The artists share their perspectives on the work that has emerged through their experiences.

The film features Lynn Cox, Rachel Gadsden, Zara Jayne, David Johnson, Clarke Reynolds and the exhibition includes works by Zoe Partington, Fae Kilburn, JG Martin and Kate Portal.

Studio Works is a short film by Kate Dangerfield and Andrew Mashigo.
