This audio-described tour celebrates both individual and collective acts of service in the Black Country. Explore stories of the ways people helped each other in the past – from big changes in society thanks to reformers and philanthropists to small kind acts that made a huge difference to people’s lives, and the way these changes in the past create better conditions for us today.
Join the Audio Descriptive tours exploring Black Country history through touch and handling experiences. Led by trained historic characters, each tour begins with an introductory welcome at the start of the tour inside the Museum entrance where your tour guide will be waiting for you.
Please note that all places must be booked in advance either online or by phoning the Sales and Ticketing team (lines open 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday).
