Chickenshed Theatre

Chickenshed is famous for the inclusive nature of its casts, its student body and those who participate in the Children’s, Youth and Adult Theatre workshops. However we also strive to ensure that our performances are accessible to all audiences too.

In terms of specific provision for our performances, we offer Captioned, Sign Interpreted and Audio Described performances. Dates and times are available on each of the individual event pages found in the what’s on section of our website. (There is a filter to enable shows with accessible performances to be identified.)

Our theatre spaces are also accessible to wheelchair users and other people with mobility requirements – these seats can be booked online, or feel free to contact our helpful Box Office team to discuss anything you might need to help with your visit.

We offer a reduced rate to patrons attending specifically for our Accessible Performances (Captioned, Audio Described, BSL interpreted, and also to wheelchair users) usually equivalent to the lowest price ticket available for that performance, if these seats are not accessible or where one could not access the services from here.

To book call 020 8292 9222 (or through Typetalk 18001 020 8292 9222 if you are a minicom/textphone user) or email [email protected]
